Machine Operative - Wrexham (Plastic Manufacturing Facility)
A well-known plastic manufacturing company in Wrexham is looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and be part of a supportive workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Pay Rates:
Rotating Day/Night Shifts: £12.82 per hour
Weekend Overtime (after 12 weeks): £18.32 per hour
Paid breaks included
Shift Patterns
Days: 06:00 - 18:00
Nights: 18:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery throughout the production process
Picking and stacking finished products
Conducting quality checks
Monitoring production lines
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on site
What We're Looking For:
Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
A reliable team player with good communication skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Awareness of health & safety regulations
Punctual and proactive attitude
Ability to follow procedures and work safely
