Machine Operator – Stratford-upon-Avon
We are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy production environment with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Pay & Hours
£13.08 per hour
Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm
Overtime opportunities availableKey Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and quality checks.
Inspect finished parts against specifications, maintaining high standards.
Follow all health & safety procedures and keep the work area organised.
Report any issues and support continuous improvement activities.Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
Manual inspection of components using hand measuring equipment.
Loading machines, monitoring material usage, and checking production output.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and process controls.
Using precision tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Magnifying Glass) to measure and record data accurately.
Working within a quality-controlled ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 manufacturing environment.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in manual machine operation within a traditional industrial facility (lathes and associated equipment preferred).
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Flexible approach with the ability to follow company procedures, health & safety, and quality protocols.
Training can be provided for candidates with aligned machining skills.
