Machine Operators
Salary: £28,224 (£12.88 during training, rising to £13.42 once fully trained)
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
Location: Flint
We’re recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing business in Flint. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with a company that offers stability, career development, and excellent work-life balance.
The role:
* Operate and monitor machinery across production lines.
* Carry out quality, safety, and process check’s to the highest standard.
* Take part in machine set-ups, changeovers, packing, palletising, and material replenishment.
* Keep accurate production records including yield and traceability.
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures.
* Work closely with your team and Shift Lead to meet production targets.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a machine/production operative role (FMCG/manufacturing background desirable).
* A strong eye for detail, with commitment to safety and quality.
* Reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively in a team.
* Must be able to commute to and from Flint for both day and night shifts.
