Machine Operator
Northampton
£31k per annum inc shift - 6 month FTC (Possible extension with a pay rise)
We're recruiting for machine operator to join a busy engineering business in Northampton. You will be in charge of producing high quality components for a variety of industries including aerospace, automotive and motorsport.
You'll be trained to use a range of light and heavy machines. Every part you touch contributes to projects where precision and quality are everything. The role offers a great shift premium alongside there earlies and lates shift pattern (Monday - Friday) over a 6-month fixed term contract. You will get a pay rise after 6 months if the contract is extended.
Skills required are:
Setting, preparing and operating machines
Carrying out quality checks
Strong attention to details and able to work to high H&S standards
What's required:
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with operating light & heavy machinery
