Production Operative
Bridgwater | £12.60 per hour | Rotational Shifts | Monday- Friday| Temporary to Permanent
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with full training, progression opportunities, and competitive pay.
Key Details
Temporary to permanent position.
Rotating shifts (Monday - Friday):
6am - 2:15pm.
2pm - 10:15pm.
Pay: £12.60 per hour.
Key Duties
Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
Monitoring and topping up material levels.
Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
Performing regular quality control checks.
Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
Requirements
Previous production or factory experience desirable.
Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
