Key Details:
Position: Machine Operator / Production Operative
Type: Temporary (via agency)
Hours: Mon to Thurs, alternating Day shift and Night shift.
Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Location: Segensworth, Southampton
What You’ll Do:
Operate and monitor production machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment
Work closely with specialist equipment and complex machines
Ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
Follow health & safety guidelines
Support the production team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a machine operator or production operative is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
Ability to work night shifts reliably
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic - qualifications are not needed!
Team player with a positive attitude
