Bingley (BD16)
£13.72 per hour
Permanent Role
12-Hour Shifts
2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off
A long-standing manufacturer based in Bingley is looking for a hands-on, reliable Machine Operator/Setter to join their skilled shift team. This is a permanent role with full training, long-term stability, and real career progression.
Please note for this role you must be able to travel to Bingley for 6am.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating extrusion and conversion machinery
Loading and removing plastic rolls (up to 25kg)
Performing quality checks and recording production data
Following strict health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Supporting and working as part of a 6–7 person shift team
Training to achieve Setter level
What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and self-motivated
A strong team player who can manage 12-hour day and night shifts
Able to follow clear instructions and work independently
Ideally has manufacturing experience
Must have reliable transport (no public transport available for shift times)
Committed to long-term development – training takes time and investment
