Machine Operators, Production Operatives & Packers - Chocolate Factory
Location: Bodmin, Cornwall
Pay: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 | Full-time or Part-time available
We're recruiting across multiple roles for a busy chocolate factory in Bodmin. Whether you have experience operating machinery, working on a production line, or enjoy fast-paced packing work, this is a great opportunity to join a growing food production team. Flexible full-time and part-time options are available.
Key Duties (depending on role):
Operating and monitoring factory machinery (training provided)
Assisting with chocolate production and preparation
Packing products ready for distribution
Quality checking items to meet company standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following food hygiene, health & safety, and company proceduresWhat We Offer:
£12.21 per hour (PAYE)
Monday to Friday - keep your evenings and weekends free
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Weekly pay and online payslips
28 days paid annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of statutory holidays)

Previous factory, machine operation, or packing experience an advantage (not essential - training provided)
