£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits + Company Bonus

Are you a Machine Setter with experience in plastic injection moulding machinery looking to join a well-established market leader in technical injection moulding, supplying products to a worldwide client base?
On offer is an exciting and varied role where you will set and fit tooling to injection moulding machines, carry out first-off inspections, and ensure production cycle times are achieved or exceeded.
This long-standing company has been delivering innovative and complex mouldings to the transformer, power conversion, EV, and renewables sectors for over 50 years, specialising in fire-retardant glass-filled materials and high-performance engineering polymers such as LCP and PEEK.
This role would suit an experienced Machine Setter with hands-on experience in injection moulding, looking for a technically challenging and rewarding position with full training, support, and clear opportunities to progress into senior roles.
The Role:
Setting and monitoring a range of Arburg plastic injection moulding machines
Basic maintenance and cleaning of moulding tools before and after production runs
Monday to Thursday (3pm - 11pm)
Friday (1:30pm - 8pm)The Person:
