📍 Poole
💼 Full-Time, Permanent
TeamJobs are urgently hiring a Machine Setter to lead a small team of operators for our busy manufacturing client in Poole!
Evening shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
£18ph to £18.50ph DOE
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust machines to get them ready for production.
Read instructions and drawings to understand how to set up the machine.
Choose the right tools and parts for each job.
Set machine controls to the correct settings.
Check products during the run to make sure they meet quality standards.
Fix any problems that come up while the machine is running.
Do basic maintenance and repairs on machines.
Help train other workers on how to use and set up the machines.
