£45,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Flexible Hours + Pension
Based in Stevenage - Commutable from Luton, Hatfield, Harlow, Bedford, and surrounding areas
Are you a manager within manufacturing looking to lead a skilled team in a modern, well-equipped workshop for a growing and respected manufacturer?
This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a hands-on Production Manager role, overseeing a team of 14 Toolmakers, driving day-to-day operations, and ensuring high standards across new tooling projects and modifications.

The Role
Leading a team of 14 skilled Toolmakers in a busy injection mould toolroom
Supporting new tool manufacture, modifications, and fault-finding
Operating manual and CNC machinery as needed to support the team
The Candidate
Production / Machine Shop Managerial experience
Experienced within a tooling OR machining environment
Strong communicator with leadership or supervisory experience
