Join Our Team: Skilled Strimmer & Machine Operators & Arborists Wanted
Location: Staffordshire & Surrounding Areas
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Employed
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week — primarily night shifts (night bonus included) with occasional day shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting using tractors, flails, bank mowers & ride-ons
*
Tree and hedge maintenance, including hazardous tree removals and sign clearance
*
De-vegetation of ditches and infrastructure
*
Ad-hoc planting and bespoke client-focused projects
*
Supporting Arborist Climbers and Grounds Teams
Preferred Experience
*
Arb Groundsman – 1 year
*
Tree Surgeon / Climber – 1 year
Useful Qualifications (Training Provided)
*
CSCS / CPCS / NPORS
*
Highways Passport / ROLO
*
Lantra Brush Cutter / Strimmer
*
NPTC Chainsaw: CS30, CS31a, CS31b, CS38, CS39
*
MEWP Chainsaw: CS47
*
NPTC Woodchipper
*
IPAF – MEWPs
*
Operator 360 (up to 10t)
*
Other relevant certifications are welcome
