Machine Technician

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Key Responsibilities of this Machine Technician Role:

Keep machines running to the required settings and production standards
Complete regular quality checks at the packing area and record results
Carry out mechanical adjustments, refitting and realigning parts
Operate machinery safely and maintain strong production flow
Report faults, wear or issues and support basic remedial actions
Load and replenish raw materials correctly
Maintain high housekeeping standards around machinery
Follow shift instructions and contribute to reducing waste and downtimeWhat We’re Looking for this Machine Technician Role::

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Confident operating machinery (milling, CNC, moulding, extrusion, or similar)
Practical mechanical understanding and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and a handsâ€‘on, safetyâ€‘focused approach
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
