Machinist
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Early Shift – Mon to Thurs, 06:00–14:15

Key Duties:
* Set up and operate drilling and Pem machines
* Load and run Robot/Cobot welders
* Learn to operate CNC Laser, Punchpress, and Brakepress
* Read engineering drawings and work instructions
* Perform grinding, finishing and quality checks
* Maintain a clean, organised work area
Requirements:
* Previous metal fabrication or machining experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Salary: Based on experience, plus overtime and performance-related bonuses
