Machinist
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Evening Shift – Mon to Thurs, 14:15–00:30 (4-day week)

Key Duties:
* Operate and set up drilling and Pem machines
* Load and run Robot/Cobot welders
* Learn CNC Laser, Punchpress and Brakepress
* Read work instructions and engineering drawings
* Perform grinding, finishing and quality inspections
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* At least 2 years’ metal fabrication experience
* Confident reading engineering drawings
* Quality-focused and detail-oriented
* Strong team player with good communication
Salary: Competitive based on experience + overtime + performance rewards
