Magento Developer
Fully Remote
2–3 Month contract (Outside IR35)
Up to £200/day
About the Role
This is a short-term contract working for a leading Digital Agency (up to 3 months) focused primarily on bug fixing, supporting project completions and stabilising the Magento eCommerce platform. You’ll be joining a fully remote team and will need to hit the ground running, working independently delivering high-quality Magento code on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and maintain Magento eCommerce websites
* Build and customise Magento extensions and modules
* Proven experience with bug fixing and debugging complex applications
* Comfortable working autonomously on tight timelines
* Previous contract experience is a bonus
* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
* Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Magento Developer
* Strong PHP and MySQL knowledge
* Familiarity with version control (Git)
* Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
* Experience working with digital agencies is a plus
