About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mail Merge Expert to assist with a short-term project involving the automation of personalised communications at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Word and Excel and experience creating, testing, and executing complex mail merge operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and clean contact data for consistency and formatting
Design and set up customised mail merge templates for print and/or email
Automate the merging process to generate a high volume of documents or emails
Ensure accuracy and quality control of merged outputs
Troubleshoot formatting or data issues as neededRequirements:
Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and mail merge functionality
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlinesPreferred:
Experience working on bulk communications or direct mail campaigns
