About the Role:
As a Mail Operative, you will play a vital role in keeping our mailroom running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Porterage Duties: Ensuring the timely and efficient movement of mail and packages within the office.
Front Desk Support: Greeting visitors with a friendly smile and assisting with inquiries.
Loading Bay Operations: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and precision.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and visitors.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role is a plus!
