Job Description:
We are seeking a Mainframe QA Tester with strong experience in banking and payment systems to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of critical applications. The role involves test planning, execution, and automation across mainframe-based transaction and payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test cases for mainframe applications (CICS, JCL, COBOL, DB2).

Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing for banking and payment processes.
*
Validate end-to-end payment flows, transaction processing, and batch jobs.
*
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure defect-free delivery.
*
Ensure compliance with banking standards, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
*
Hands-on experience in Mainframe QA/Testing (CICS, JCL, COBOL, DB2).
*
Strong knowledge of banking & payment systems (SWIFT, ACH, ISO 20022, card payments).
*
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, qTest).
*
Familiarity with automation frameworks for mainframe testing is a plus.
