SEN Teaching Assistant - Hounslow - September Start
Long-term, full-time - join a large, inclusive 3-form entry primary school
Tradewind is working with a popular 3-form entry primary school in Hounslow, graded Good by Ofsted, to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2025 for the academic year.

Responsibilities:
Providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with autism and ADHD
Delivering small group interventions and catch-up sessions
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
Previous SEN experience, especially with neurodiverse pupils
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Adaptable, positive and proactive attitude
Commitment to a full-time role for the academic year
