What we are looking for:

  * An individual who is caring and patient and has a compassionate nature

  * An individual who works to the highest standard ensuring the presentation of a luxury care home

Do you have the following?:

  * A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance

  * Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition

  * Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure

  * A full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car

  * The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures

  * The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments

  * The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture
