Maintenance Assistant required for permanent role working for busy and growing construction company working on supermarket chain projects across the South East and East Anglia. Our client, based in Ipswich, is looking for reliable, hands-on Maintenance Assistants to join their team! If you’re looking for a stable role with a respected company, great team environment, and real opportunity to develop your skills – this could be the job for you.
* Working on a variety of sites carrying out basic maintenance and basic shop fitting.
* Travelling to different supermarket locations across the local region.
* Early starts, possibly working unsociable hours, travelling between sites and very occasionally, the odd night away – all paid.
* Ideally some experience in maintenance, general labouring or shopfitting.
* A CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
* A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn – we value team players!
* £12.50+ per hour starting rate, with a pay rise after your trial period.
* Paid travel time to and from sites.
