The Maintenance Assistant Position:
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to become part of our dedicated team in Crewe. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for keeping critical site infrastructure running smoothly.
Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Maintain and service site lighting to ensure optimal performance.
Assist the onsite electrician with installations and upgrades.
Support fixed wire and thermographic testing across the site.
Carry out remedial works identified in pest and fabrication audits.
Support site water management operations including
Perform general site repairs and preventative maintenance.
Liaise with retail locations to resolve maintenance issues.
Respond to new requests and provide timely repair solutions.
Maintenance Assistant Essentials:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mechanical and electrical knowledge
Understanding of health & safety procedures
Self-motivated and proactive attitude
