Job Description
Maintenance Worker
Full time - Due to the nature of this role applicants must have a full valid UK driving license
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Salary £28-30,000
Must have own tools to carry out duties
Maintenance/Caretaker; Duties include but are not limited to:
* Basic plumbing – changing taps, waste pipes etc
* Basic electrics – changing sockets, light switches etc
* Basic carpentry – doors, handles
* Fire safety – knowledge of fire alarm panels, smoke alarms, heat detectors, fire doors, smoke seals, self closers
* Mastic
* Lock changes
* Painting
* Occasional cleaning (when a property becomes empty)Before You Apply
