Pitkin & Ruddock is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Bury St Edmunds team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating our service and maintenance operations, supporting our engineers, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping to grow our maintenance portfolio.
What you'll be doing
  * Coordinating maintenance schedules and engineer activities.
  * Managing maintenance contract renewals and customer communications.
  * Supporting service delivery and operational planning.
  * Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
  * Working closely with service, projects, sales and engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of customer support.
