Maintenance Electrician (Commercial Solar) 

£40,000 - £46,000 + Vehicle + Technical Progression + Pension + Holidays

Field Based - No Stays Away! Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Barnsley, York, Burnley, Manchester and Surrounding Areas 

Are you a time-served Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a background in solar, looking to transition away from installation work into a more maintenance-focused role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renewable energy specialist, in a role offering technical progression into BESS, Data Centres, Wind Turbines, with the opportunity to move into a Lead role in the future.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and rapidly growing renewable energy specialist operating within the commercial sector. While the company has built a strong reputation delivering solar solutions, they are now expanding into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Data Centres, and Wind Turbine technologies-offering exciting opportunities for technical development and career progression.

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of predominantly solar systems, alongside emerging technologies including BESS, Data Centres, and Wind Turbines. The position does not require overnight stays, supporting a strong work-life balance.

This role offers genuine long-term career prospects, including the opportunity to progress into a Lead position, while developing your expertise across a diverse and evolving renewable energy portfolio.

The Role:
 *Time Served Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer
 *Training provide on renewable energy systems
 *Reactive & Preventive Maintenance

The Person:
 *Time Served Engineer / Electrician
 *ECS Gold Card, holding 2391 Test & Inspections
 *Wanting training on renewable systems
