Job Description
Duties / Responsibilites
Purpose :
To carry out maintenance activities and provide technical support in the production departments .
Duties / Responsibilities:
* To role model all Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections and Hazardous Area standards to ensure the safety of themselves and others working in the plant.
* To execute maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical equipment ensuring safe, reliable plant delivering products of the highest quality, to agreed plans and achieve customer requirements and cost.
* Apply Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques such as RCA,5 Whys, RCM, 5S, and any new techniques that emerge to drive site performance towards world class in terms of customer service and quality
* Asset Care - support and lead on implementing world class standards.
* Ensure Asset Care Documentation is completed accurately.
* Develop, Revise and review related technical documents (Maintenance Plans, SOP's, BOM's etc).
* Record all activity in SAP and actively use this system to support all Maintenance Activity
* Take leadership on safety and compliance, role modelling the site's Zero Harm agenda and challenging any unsafe activity.
* Build great relationships with team members.
* Demonstrate flexibility in terms of attitude and work practices both within teams and departments working across all areas as need dictates.
* Take ownership for the performance outcomes the team needs to deliver.
* Have a positive outlook, channelling energy into finding opportunities and solutions.
* Demonstrate good communication skills to all stakeholders.
Qualification / Work Experience
* Must be Trade Qualified Electrical
* Experience working within a high volume production environment
* Computer literate
* Ability to work on own initative

Must be available for shift
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
