Job Description

Maintenance Electrician – Glasgow & Central Belt Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Contracts: Facilities Management (FM) – Planned & Reactive Maintenance Location: Glasgow & Central Belt Overview FM Search & Select Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider. This role will involve delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial FM contracts throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of electrical systems and equipment. * Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner. * Diagnose electrical faults and undertake repairs safely and efficiently. * Complete testing, inspection, and certification in line with current regulations. * Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures. * Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used. * Work independently or as part of a team to deliver excellent service to clients across multiple sites. Requirements * Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition essential). * SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds equivalent in Electrical Installation. * Experience working in a building services or FM maintenance environment. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage workload across multiple sites. * Full UK driving licence.
