Maintenance Electrician – London
£45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits + Vehicle

A leading M\&E provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a dynamic London-based contract. This is a fantastic chance to work with a company that is thriving in the market and renowned for internal progression and training.

On offer:

  * Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000

  * Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properies
    Work within plant room environments and at high level from platforms and ladders (access and PPE provided)

  * Maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner

Essential Knowledge:

  * General and emergency lighting

  * Power distribution

  * Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

  * Air handling units & fan coil units

  * 3 Phase systems

  * Emergency lighting

  * Building management systems

  * Fault finding

Qualifications & Experience:

  * 18th Edition IEE

  * JIB Gold Card (must have or be eligible for one)

  * Full electrical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ – Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent)
