Job Description
Static Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Site (Havant)
We are currently recruiting a Static Maintenance Electrician for a well-established facilities maintenance company, working on a large commercial site in Havant. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and no call-out requirements.
Role Details:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
Working on a static commercial site (no travel between sites)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
No call-out requiredRequirements:
Fully electrically qualified
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
Proven experience in commercial maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skillsWhat’s on Offer:
£20 per hour PAYE, equivalent to £41,600 per annum when permanent
Temp-to-perm position
Consistent weekday hours
