Maintenance Electrician

Borehamwood (WD6)

Up to £45,000 + OT + Call-Out

4 on 4 off (Days)

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a large, modern commercial estate based in Elstree (WD6). This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join a recently mobilised contract with strong long-term prospects, investment, and career progression.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be working as part of a team of 4 engineers, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a portfolio of buildings on-site. The estate consists of multiple similar buildings, providing a consistent and structured working environment.

Duties include:

  * 

    Electrical maintenance including lighting, alarms, and fault finding

  * 

    Working within plant rooms

  * 

    Supporting with basic HVAC maintenance

  * 

    General building services tasks including minor plumbing

About You:

  * 

    Qualified Maintenance Electrician (18th Edition preferred)

  * 

    Experience within Facilities Management / Building Services

  * 

    Multiskilled with a proactive approach

  * 

    Able to work well within a team
