Job Description

Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Location: Mobile role covering London (primarily North & West London)
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Vehicle: Company Van Provided
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Commercial Facilities Management company on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is a mobile role covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London, with the majority of work located in North and West London. A company van is provided, and you'll be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance, as well as small works across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
  * Carry out reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings.
  * Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  * Undertake small electrical installation works and repairs.
  * Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
  * Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
  * Complete job reports and relevant compliance paperwork.
  * Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business on client sites.
Requirements
  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
  * ECS or JIB Gold Card (Desired)
  * Proven experience within commercial facilities maintenance.
  * Experience carrying out reactive maintenance and small electrical works.
  * Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  * Full UK Driving Licence.
  * Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
