Carrying out scheduled PPM activities across the allocated retail portfolio.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and completing repairs within the required timescales.
Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out remedial works where appropriate.
Assisting fellow engineers with larger maintenance projects and general site requirements.
Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks as part of the wider facilities function.
Travelling to other locations within the local site cluster when additional engineering support is required.
Making sure equipment, tools and materials are suitable and ready for use.
Completing job sheets, maintenance records and associated documentation accurately.
Updating the Mercury system with clear and timely information throughout each job.
Working alongside client representatives and other contractors to maintain the required standards.
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant procedures, KPIs and health & safety requirements.
Maintaining a professional approach when representing the business on client sites.
