Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic electrician looking to join a jovial dynamic engineering team? We are looking for someone to join our leading FM client in providing a fantastic service at one of their static sites in Leeds.
Package:
Up to £40,000 per annum
Company pool van
Shift patterns
Variety of company benefits including life insurance, medical coverage, savings accounts and more! Responsibilities:
Provide reactive and planned maintenance to fabric of the building
Provide a full facilities maintenance service, where you are able to turn your hand to other things like minor plumbing, joinery or patchwork
Liaise and support subcontractors
Adhere to health and safety
Ensure all targets are met in line with service level agreements
Take part in an on call rota, use of the pool van during this period Shift Pattern:
Week 1 Mon/Tues/Weds 7am to 7pm
Week 2 Sat/Sun 7am to 5pm & Thurs/Fri 7am to 7pm
Essential Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition
Experience within a Facilities Maintenance role
