Location: Stockton-on-Tees
* Salary: £39,000
* Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
* Working hours: Mon-Thu 7am – 3.30pm Friday 6am – 2.30pm (or 1hr double time prior to 7am if working till 3.30pm
* No on call

The site you will be covering is for the worlds biggest parcel distributor.
The role:
The Maintenance Electrician will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on static site in Stockton-on-Tees on a Prestigious Industrial site carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on any general building maintenance, small installation projects, servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks.
* Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches.
* Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing.
* Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records.
* Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork.
* Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance.
* Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.
* Manage workloads independently across multiple locations.
