Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician
📍 Castleford | £50,000 | 4 on 4 off (Continental Shifts)
Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG manufacturing environment? Our client, a well-established and growing business in Castleford, is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern.
💼 The Role: As part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Reactive and planned electrical maintenance on a wide range of production equipment
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
Supporting mechanical breakdowns where required
Working closely with production and engineering teams to deliver improvements
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards🔧 What We're Looking For:
Time-served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems (truly multi-skilled)⏰ Shift Pattern:
