* Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Complete digital service logs and maintenance reports using internal systems
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship & Level 3 SVQ/NVQ or equivalent
* 18th Edition Wiring Regs (or 17th with commitment to update)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Experience in FM or Commercial Building Services environments
