Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £43,000 PA
Type: Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours/week. 07:30-16:00
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance on a large scale commercial facilities in the Leeds area.
The role is a Permanent position paying circa 42-43k basic. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days. 07:30 - 16:00. No on-call. Overtime available.
Duties & Responsibilities
Completing electrical maintenance across the estate
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
You will be expected to have good all - round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance.
Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects
Some supervision of sub-contractors including permits issue etc.
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable and reliable
