Job Description
Maintenance Electrician – London (Multi-Site, Commercial Offices)
Salary: Up to £48,000 | Monday – Friday | Travelcard Provided
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Electrician to join a leading building services company, delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings in Central London (Zones 1–2).
This is a mobile role with a London Travelcard included, ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial electrical systems and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault-finding on electrical systems
*
Respond to reactive maintenance calls and emergency breakdowns
*
Inspect, test, and repair lighting, power, distribution boards, and control panels
*
Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and site-specific safety procedures
*
Complete job reports, update logbooks, and liaise with helpdesk and site teams
*
Maintain safe working practices at all times
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
*
2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
*
ECS Gold Card (preferred)
*
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
*
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Confident working independently across multiple sites
