Maintenance Electrician – Dundee
Up to £40,000 + Overtime | Van + Fuel Card | Travel Time
Covering Dundee and surrounding areas
Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking to join a leading FM company with long-term, stable contracts and genuine progression opportunities?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Dundee area.
🔧 The Role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently across a range of buildings.
Your duties will include:
*
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial and retail sites
*
Completing electrical testing, fault finding, and repair work
*
Supporting with small installation projects and upgrades
*
Responding to emergency callouts when required
*
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and statutory standards
*
Liaising directly with clients and site teams to deliver high-quality service
What We’re Looking For
*
Time-served or fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3)
*
18th Edition certification (essential)
*
Testing & Inspection (2391) desirable but not essential
*
Experience in an FM or building maintenance environment
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
*
Full UK driving licence
