Job Description
Multi-Trades Recruitment are seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join a well-established company working within a hospital environment in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with genuine progression potential.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A time-served, qualified engineer with at least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience.
* 18th Edition
* Experienced in maintenance and ideally has cross-trade skills.
* Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment is desirable but not essential.
* A strong team player with a high work ethic.
* Punctual, reliable, and able to start immediately.
About the Role
You will be part of a dynamic maintenance team responsible for delivering high-quality service across hospital buildings. Your duties will include:
* Carrying out PPM checks and general maintenance across various sites.
* Working on systems including:
* Heating and domestic water services
* General electrical systems (lighting and power)
* Air handling units
* Low voltage distribution and switchgear
* Emergency standby generators
* Fire alarms and emergency lighting
* BMS and electrical control systems
* Maintaining and updating records, and providing progress reports to supervisors.
* Providing cover for colleagues and participating in an overtime rota to maintain service levels.
* Supporting other trades where needed and occasionally carrying out minor installation or upgrade work.
