Job Summary
Our client, a respected Housing Association, is looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join their team in South London. As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. You’ll cover either the Southwest or Southeast London area, depending on your location.
Responsibilities
* Attend reactive maintenance and repair jobs across a designated patch.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults effectively and safely.
* Carry out planned maintenance work as required.
* Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards.
* Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Previous experience in a social housing or domestic maintenance environment is preferred.
* Full UK driving licence (essential)Before You Apply
