💷 £40,000 - £42,000 + x2 5% Bonuses Paid Monthly
🕕 Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-1:00pm
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a steady day shift role with great work-life balance and consistent bonuses? We're looking for a proactive engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site, supporting planned and reactive maintenance across a range of modern production machinery.

10% monthly bonus - based on 3 achievable KPIs that have always been met
Day shift hours - finish early every Friday!

The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
Work to minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
About You:
Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, or similar
Electrically or mechanically biased with good fault-finding skills
Confident working independently and within a team
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
