What you'll need:
A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong electrical and mechanical skills

PLC fault-finding and software experience (bonus points for programming knowledge)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
