Shift: 4 on 4 off

What You’ll Be Doing: Maintenance Engineer

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a modern production facility
• Fault-finding on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Supporting production by minimising downtime and improving machine reliability
• Completing preventative maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Working within strict food safety and health & safety guidelines
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

What We’re Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

• NVQ Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer (or equivalent – essential)
• Electrically or mechanically biased, with a willingness to develop multi-skilled capability
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, forces, or similar environments
• A proactive Maintenance Engineer with strong fault-finding ability
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning and progression
• Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days or nights)
