About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse systems, ensuring maximum equipment availability and supporting operational performance.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3, ONC, or Full BTEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Apprenticeship trained.
• Experience with automated systems, including conveyors, cranes, sortation, or hanging garment equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, WCS/WMS, and CMMS.
• Strong fault-finding, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively within a team.
