Join a Leading Building Services Provider as a Fabric Maintenance Engineer – Wolverhampton
Our client, a well-established leader in the Building Services sector, is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to become a key part of their team. Based at one of their sites in Wolverhampton, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of the facility.
Duties:
* Respond to all building fabric-related issues:
* L8 Flushing.
* Air-con Maintenance.
* Fire alarm testing.
* Emergency light testing.
* Fabric repairs (patch plastering / tiling / fixing door handles, maintaining fire doors).
* Basic Plumbing tasks inc Taps, Flush Valves, Waste pipework.
* Minor electrical works.
* Plant room maintenance.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Proven experience in general maintenance tasks within a commercial setting.
* Experience with plant room maintenance.
* Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance within a commercial environment.
* Good understanding of basic plumbing or HVAC systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

* Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am – 16:30pm (Sunday & Monday off)
