Your Role – Junior Maintenance Engineer:
This is a blended hands-on engineering position. You’ll operate production equipment and support the maintenance team with both planned and reactive tasks, developing your multi skilled engineering ability.
Duties include:
* Assisting in routine and breakdown maintenance
* Learning and applying hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
* Supporting production line efficiency and equipment reliability
* Working alongside senior engineers to build your experience
What You’ll Need:
* Basic engineering or maintenance experience – ideally gained in manufacturing or production
* Apprentice trained or qualified to NVQ / City & Guilds level (Electrical or Mechanical)
* A strong interest in building your multi skilled maintenance knowledge
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
