Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £47,035 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a purpose-driven company at the forefront of sustainability and recycling innovation?
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support operations at a modern facility in Leamington Spa. Youll be part of a dynamic team working to maintain and improve plant performance in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What Youll Be Doing as a Maintenance Engineer:
Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery and equipment
Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical faults (60% electrical / 40% mechanical)
Working closely with the shift supervisor to ensure smooth plant operations
Contributing to continuous improvement and plant uptime
Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
What Were Looking For in the Maintenance Engineer:
Experience in a UK manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong mechanical and electrical understanding
Valid UK driving licence (required to operate FLTs)
Ability to work independently and as part of a shift-based team
