Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer as a Maintenance Engineer and become part of a high-performing engineering team. You'll work to ensure minimal downtime on a busy production site, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance.

* £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* 4 on 4 off – 12-hour shifts (2 days / 2 nights)

What will you be doing as a Maintenance Engineer?
* Diagnosing faults and performing repairs in a manufacturing and engineering environment
* Supporting site-wide planned and reactive maintenance (PPM systems)
* Working with hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, motors and gearboxes
* Servicing and repair a variety of production machinery
* Electrical fault finding
* Coordinating maintenance activity with internal departments
What do you need?
* Time-served apprenticeship (C&G/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical)
* Proven experience in a multiskilled maintenance role
* Knowledge of PPM systems and engineering best practices
* Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Ability to work independently and follow job instructions
